20th Annual Conference of North Zone Association of Radiation Oncologists of India 20th & 21st September, 2014
It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the 20th Annual Conference of North Zone Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (NZAROICON-2014) at Pt. B.D. Sharma, PGIMS, Rohtak.
The host city Rohtak, pulsating with people and vitality, is a city with historical past, a vibrant present and a promising future. The city is about 80 Kms from National Capital Delhi on the Delhi-Hisar National Highway (NH-10), about 240 Kms from the state capital Chandigarh and 150 Kms from Kurukshetra (a famous ancient place in Haryana). Rohtak is well connected both by rail as well as road. The nearest Airport is at Delhi. With an Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) and Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, the city has become an educational hub in the north-western part of India. The weather of Rohtak in September is celebratious and pleasant.
NZAROICON meetings serve as a suitable platform for fellow colleagues from different regions to share, collaborate and address some of the challenges in management of cancer. The organizing committee has made an interesting scientific programme, which includes invited talks, plenary sessions, concurrent scientific sessions, poster viewing, meet the expert morning sessions, debates, symposia etc.
